Hi Deja! Great questions — happy to clarify! Yes, you can absolutely duplicate an existing template. Just open the template you want to copy, select Duplicate from the menu, and you will have a new version ready to edit. This is perfect for building variations on a theme.

There is no hard limit on templates, though we recommend keeping it manageable so your dispatchers can find what they need quickly. We typically see teams in your range (15-20 techs) using 8-12 templates for their core service types.

Thanks so much for this! We have been waiting for this feature — our old process was basically copying from previous jobs which was not ideal. Quick question though, can we duplicate an existing template to tweak it for a similar service type? Or do we need to build each one from scratch? Also wondering if there's a limit on how many templates we can create? Really appreciate it!
