Sorry if this is a silly question, but when you say "export checklist responses monthly" — do you mean the CSV export from the reports section, or is there another way to get the data out? I've tried the CSV export before but I wasn't sure if I was looking at the right thing because it seemed like the photo fields weren't included, just the filenames, and I wasn't sure if that was expected or if I was doing something wrong. We have about 12 different checklists right now and I'm trying to get a handle on which ones are actually being used versus which ones the technicians just skip or pick "N/A" for everything, so any guidance on the best way to review that would be really appreciated! Also does the export include who filled out the checklist and what time they submitted it? I need that for our compliance documentation.

so basically i used to hate checklists lol but what i did was make them really short for like a week and then add one field at a time whenever my techs were like "we should be recording that" and now they actually use them? basically let them design it even if it's messy at first they buy in more

This is great timing — we just rebuilt our safety inspection checklists last month and the conditional section tip would have saved us like four separate templates. Pro tip from our side: we added a "Weather Conditions" field at the top of all our outdoor checklists and it's already helped us win two disputed liability claims. Photos + context = everything.
