Article Overview of FieldPulse Reports

FieldPulse provides a comprehensive reporting suite designed to give visibility into field operations, technician performance, and business outcomes. This article outlines the available report types, their primary use cases, and how to access them.

Accessing Reports

Navigate to Reports in the main navigation menu. The Reports landing page displays available report categories and any reports you have scheduled for automatic delivery. User permissions determine which reports you can view or export.

Report Categories

Work Order Reports

Track job volume, completion rates, and status distributions. The Work Order Summary Report provides aggregated data by date range, technician, and service type. See Running a Work Order Summary Report for detailed configuration options.

Technician Performance Reports

Analyze individual and team productivity metrics including jobs completed, average time on site, and customer satisfaction scores. These reports support performance reviews and identify training opportunities. Refer to Technician Performance Reports for setup instructions.

SLA Compliance Reports

Monitor adherence to service level agreements with breach tracking, response time analysis, and resolution time trends. Critical for contract compliance and operational improvement. See SLA Compliance Reporting.

Financial Reports

Review labor costs, parts usage, and markup calculations. These reports integrate with inventory and work order data to provide profitability visibility by job, technician, or service category.

Inventory Reports

Track stock levels, usage patterns, and reservation status. Includes low-stock summaries and parts consumption by job type. See Inventory Reporting.

Report Output Formats

All reports support:

  • On-screen preview with sortable columns
  • PDF export for sharing and presentation
  • CSV export for further analysis in external tools
  • Scheduled email delivery (see Advanced Reporting: Scheduled Report Delivery)

Dashboard Widgets

Key metrics from reports can be surfaced on your Dashboard as real-time widgets. Configure which metrics appear for each user role. For customization options, see Building Custom Dashboard Widgets.

Data Freshness

Report data refreshes automatically. Most reports reflect changes within 5 minutes of data entry. Large historical reports spanning multiple years may take longer to generate.
