Faster Dashboard Load Times

The Dispatch Board and Work Order list views now load approximately 40% faster for accounts with 1,000+ active jobs. This change was achieved through query optimization and the introduction of indexed caching for frequently accessed data.

Reduced API Latency

Enhanced Mobile Sync Reliability

The sync mechanism used by the FieldPulse Mobile App has been rebuilt to reduce connection timeouts and retry failures. This addresses reports of slow initial load times and stale data after reconnection.

Our infrastructure redundancy has been expanded across three additional availability zones. Target availability for core services is now 99.99%, up from 99.9%.
