Change company logo on customer notifications?

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to be posting here — I just started as a Service Coordinator at my company about three weeks ago, and I've been tasked with getting our FieldPulse account set up properly for our team. I've been going through all the settings and trying to make everything look professional for our customers!

So far I've managed to get our technician schedules organized and I've been learning how to dispatch jobs, which has been going pretty well thanks to the help from my supervisor. But now I'm working on the customer-facing side of things, and I realized that when I set up a test customer notification (I sent one to my personal phone to see what it looks like), it has the FieldPulse logo at the top instead of our company logo.

I was wondering if there's a way to change that? I looked through the settings menu but I might have missed it — there are so many options! I want our customers to see our branding when they get the SMS and email notifications about their appointments, not the FieldPulse branding. It would look so much more professional that way, and I think it would help our customers recognize us immediately.

Has anyone done this before? Is it even possible? I'm not sure if this is something that requires a certain type of account or if it's available for everyone. Any help would be so appreciated! Thank you so much in advance!!!

  • Hi Brianna! Happy to help — and welcome to the community!

Yes, you can absolutely customize the company logo that appears on customer notifications. Here's how to upload your logo:

    1. Navigate to SettingsCompany Profile
    2. Under the Branding section, click Upload Logo
    3. Select your logo file (PNG or JPG, recommended size 400x100 pixels)
    4. Click Save Changes

The logo will appear on email notifications immediately. For SMS notifications, the logo appears as a small thumbnail in rich message previews on supported devices — though not all carriers support this.

One thing to note: there is also a White-Label option under SettingsNotificationsAdvanced that removes "Powered by FieldPulse" from the footer entirely. This requires Manager or Admin permissions to enable.

If you do not see the Branding section, your account may need a permissions adjustment — let me know and I can help troubleshoot further!

  • Just to add — make sure your logo has a transparent background if possible! I learned this the hard way when ours had a white box around it in dark mode email clients. PNG with transparency works best.

Also, pro tip: test the notification on both iPhone and Android if you can. The preview rendering is slightly different between them and you want to make sure it looks good everywhere.

  • ...unless you're on the Basic plan, in which case the white-label option isn't available. Might want to check that first before you go too far down this road.

  • Ray makes a good point — thanks for the clarification! The white-label footer removal is indeed limited to Professional and Enterprise plans. However, the logo upload itself is available on all plans.

Brianna, if you're unsure which plan you're on, you can check at SettingsBilling & Plan. If you need the white-label feature and don't have access, your account owner can upgrade or reach out to our team.

  • Oh that's such a good point about the transparent background! I hadn't even thought about dark mode. I will definitely test on both phones too — my supervisor has an Android and I have an iPhone so we can check both. Thank you so much for the tip!!!

  • Another thing — if you have multiple service brands under one FieldPulse account (like we do for our commercial vs residential divisions), you can actually set different logos per service type. It's under the service type settings, not the main company profile. Took me forever to find that.

Pro tip: Keep a high-res version (800x200) saved somewhere too. The system downsizes it automatically, but having the larger original helps if they ever update the recommended dimensions.
