Frustrated follow-up: Still can't assign multiple techs after 2 weeks

I posted this two weeks ago and got zero response. My team still cannot figure out how to assign a single work order to multiple technicians at the same time. This is blocking our rollout.

We have HVAC installs that require two techs. Right now we're creating duplicate work orders and manually syncing them, which is error-prone and wastes dispatch time.

I need a definitive answer: is multi-assignment supported or not? If it is, where is the control? If it's not, when will it be available?

We cannot move forward without this.

  • Pro tip: when you do get this enabled, designate one tech as the "primary" by assigning them first. The primary is who shows up in reporting rollups and who gets the arrival notification if you have those configured.

Also worth noting: both techs need to complete any required checklists independently, or you can set the checklist to "team completion" in the template settings if one signature covers it.
